Humans are swine! Scraping and gluttonous for their meaningless pieces of gratification. Sending out to the world their representative personas – “living their best lives” – social media whores and soulless lickers of the corporate boot. No integrity… No fucking dignity, only shallow-minded scum to see us off into a most inglorious future. Hate them for what they are and loathe them for what they’ve turned this world into… Black metal is the antithesis of such a pitiful existence: a mindset and a life code! True Black Metal artists and authentic Black Metal people understand this, and Canada’s Revenge are no exception.

Soldierly and fucking ruthless in their craft and in their way of life, Revenge operates at lethal fucking capacity, with no mercy and zero remorse. Nihilism and Militant Satanism are the driving forces behind their scourge. They formed upon the new millennium – the turning of the societal page over to the reality of perpetual degeneration – six LPs and one looming just over the year’s storm-clouded horizon. On January 31, Revenge unleashed “Violation.Strife.Abominate” via Season of Mist: Underground Activists.

Black Metal powerviolence! Unfiltered, furious and fucking raw is Revenge’s music and to take it in is to experience unbridled sonic barbarism. “Violation.Strife.Abominate” is like the soundtrack to the frantic disembowelment of a kidnapped SJW. Blue hair drenched in crimson as blood is coughed up like volcanic spew… And as the frantic vocals and light-speed blasts unfold, a primal urge to destroy the weak rises from deep within. Like wolves ripping their way through tender folds of sheep is this experience is relentless and lethal, barbaric and primitive. Rawly produced in the old way and devoid of melody or anything alluring whatsoever, this record is more of a statement than a piece of art; a proclamation of dominance over what’s become a diluted scene. This powerful onslaught of militant ideals set to Black Metal of the most intimidating consort is EXACTLY what BM needs. Make Black Metal dangerous again! Strike terror into their hearts and give them something to fucking cry about…

What an intense album… With “Violation.Strife.Abominate”, Revenge reaches into their cache, pulls out sonic weaponry of devastating proportions and opens fire on the pathetic, splattering guts and brain matter all over the street. And they do it with smiles on their faces. If you do not despise what humanity has become, then you are a disgrace! A part of the disease and should probably do us all a favor, crawl into a hole and fucking die. Revenge – opposition to the feeble and the voice of the disgusted. Take up your arms! A revolt is upon us, and chaos black metal is the weapon of choice. Now, go out and wreak some havoc, soldier. Your country needs you!
