News: Hor(Gr) releasing their New Opus “III”

Now, the Greek Black Metal Band returns for round three, armed with a refined lineup and ready to strike with a sophomore effort that is sure to exceed the expectations of HOR’s fanbase.

After the full albums “Exitium” of 2019, “No Birth nor End” of 2021 and the split release of 2024 “Unholy Devastating Trinity”, the album “III” sees a maturation in sound, delivering a tighter, more aggressive well-rounded offering from the band as they come into their own identity, with the new “beast” member Ungod (Sad, Necrohell etc.) behind the drum kit.

While there are moments that certainly channel the frosty hallmarks of 2^nd wave of 90s Black Metal Scene, HOR is adding a fresh new flavor to the sound that the band’s founders Ophion & Throne came to define.

The ‘III’ album consists of six, crushing songs and promises a full-on total assault from start to finish, with frigid riffage that are layered with hellish vocals and a perspective to establish them as one of the best black metal bands of the Hellenic Black Metal scene.
